Who is Say So?
Say So provides a reporting and support service for foster carers and organisations to change attitudes and patterns of behaviour in the workplace. They get the heart of a problem no matter how raw or challenging.
Say So in the fostering sector will cover issues ranging from:
- Verbal abuse.
- Bullying/Intimidation.
- Discriminating behaviour.
- Physical/sexual harassment and assault.
- Use of equipment without proper training.
- Threats of violence and assaults.
- Noncompliance with the Children’s Act .
- Noncompliance with National Minimum Standards.

Reporting a Concern to Say So
As a foster carer and member of FosterWiki you can use the online Say So reporting tool. They understand and are grateful for your time and effort to help improve your workplace and address risks to any foster carer, child or young person.
